This training provides the foundation of the BCBSM/BCN PDCM billing codes and Priority Health care management codes. It includes practical application demonstrations and activities to promote confidence in using the codes.

Self-Management Support: Patient Engagement.   February 20, March 13, April 17, May 21, June 11

During this live, all-day training course, the learner will gain the knowledge and skills to engage and empower patients through enhanced communication.  The attendee will have the opportunity to engage in role-playing, a “simulation interview” with a trained standardized patient, and receive immediate, individualized feedback on their applied skills.

During this live, all-day training course, the learner will gain the knowledge and skills to collaborate in a multidisciplinary setting to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. 

Patient Experience to Enhance Patient Engagement- Feb. 18, March 11, April 15, May 6, June 3

During this live training course, the participant will learn practical tools and strategies to enhance care coordination, improve communication, and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.  This training is intended to support continuous quality improvement efforts in the patient’s experience of care.
