Billing and Coding Training | December 16, January 6, 2026

This training provides the foundation of the BCBSM/BCN PDCM billing codes and Priority Health care management codes. It includes practical application demonstrations and activities to promote confidence in using the codes.

Self-Management Support:  Patient Engagement.   November 20, December 12

During this live, all day training course, the learner will gain skills and knowledge to engage and empower patients using enhanced communication skills.  The attendee will have the opportunity to engage in role playing, a “simulation interview” with a trained standardized patient and receive immediate and individualized feedback on applied skills.

Serious Illness Training.  December 9

An evidence-based care approach to assist patients diagnosed with a serious illness.

Team-based Care.  November 19, December 11

During this live, all-day training course the learner will gain knowledge and skills to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting to ensure that care is coordinated and patient-centered. 

ASAM Treatment of Opioid Use Disorder:  MI-CCSI has partnered with the ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) to offer their 8-hour on-line learning course at a discounted rate. The ASAM Treatment of Opioid Use Disorder course provides eight hours of evidence-based education utilizing interactive, case-based learning that examines the approaches for identification, assessment, diagnosing, and managing the treatment of patients with opioid use disorder (OUD). This course is comprised of five self-paced sessions.  Participants and start and restart where they finished until all sessions are completed.
