MDHHS is sponsoring trainings in southeast Michigan designed to add new Michigan doulas to the doula network, thereby increasing access to doula services for Michigan families.
Trainings include stipends and are open to Michigan residents who are:
- At least 18 years of age
- Plan to become Medicaid enrolled providers
- Have not already completed any birth doula training.
